11 52 0 MAP

High phosphate granular fertilizer with ammoniacal nitrogen

Mono-Ammonium Phosphate, analysis, 11-52-0, is a cornerstone in the J.R. Simplot Companies dry phosphate repertoire. Simplot’s MAP (11-52-0), is an excellent wide range, agronomic choice for all crops requiring nitrogen and phosphorus nutrition.
1. Is an ideal combination of N and P2 O5 for use as a starter fertilizer on small grains, row crops, tree crops and forages. The monoammonium form reduces the risk of fertilizer injury to germinating seeds.
2. Chemically compounded N and P2O5. The ammoniumphosphate combination in each pellet enhances the uptake of phosphorus by the plant. The highly water soluble phosphate goes to work quickly allowing efficient utilization by plants. The ammoniacal form of nitrogen reduces nitrogen losses by leaching.
3. Has a slight acidic effect, which helps counteract nutritional problems in calcareous soils.
4. This product is a commercial fertilizer used as plant food in agricultural crop production. For specific application rates follow the recommendation of a qualified individual or institution, such as, but not limited to, a certified crop advisor, agronomist, university crop extension publication, or apply according to recommendations in your approved nutrient management plan.
